1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for your account, profiles, device access, and the accuracy of information you provide. Do not share authentication codes or attempt to bypass profile restrictions.
2. Content access
FIVO grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to stream or temporarily download eligible content. Availability, language, format, and download windows can vary by territory, rights, device, and plan.
3. Coins, unlocks, and rewards
FIVO coins are a limited in-service license, not money, property, or a cash-equivalent. Coins cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash unless law requires otherwise. Completed episode unlocks are recorded to the account. Promotional rewards may expire and are subject to disclosed limits.
4. Memberships and digital purchases
Memberships and coin packs purchased in a mobile app are billed and managed by the applicable app store. Prices, renewal periods, trials, cancellation, and refund rights are shown before purchase. Active members can open the applicable store subscription manager from FIVO; cancellation remains controlled by that store. Use the store account that made the purchase to restore it.
5. Physical merchandise
Merchandise is separate from digital content access. Price, shipping, tax, variants, and availability are shown at checkout. Orders may be cancelled for inventory, payment, fraud, or delivery limitations. Account-bound fulfillment status and any carrier tracking supplied by the operator are available under My FIVO → FIVO Shop orders. Return and statutory consumer rights apply according to the checkout market.
6. FIVO Play and AI
Interactive stories are entertainment. AI tools may assist production, but released FIVO Play choices follow human-reviewed story rules. Any future experience that generates content during consumer use must be separately identified and bounded before release. Story content should not be treated as factual, professional, or personal advice.
7. Conduct
Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, manipulate purchases or rewards, upload harmful content, infringe rights, harass others, or interfere with FIVO systems. Viewers may report comments and block profiles. FIVO may review reports, hide or remove community content, preserve a moderation record, or restrict access when needed to protect viewers, creators, rights holders, and the platform.
8. Intellectual property
FIVO, its software, stories, artwork, characters, interfaces, and marks are owned by the applicable FIVO operating entity, licensors, or other rights holders. The confirmed operating entity and formal legal notice will be published after counsel review. These terms do not transfer ownership.
9. Changes and termination
We may update features and these terms. We may suspend access for material breach, fraud, legal requirements, or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
